Delete your Andale account

This page is for the Andale app, a rental marketplace published by Andale. You do not need to sign in to ask us to delete your account and the personal data tied to it.

How to request deletion

  1. In the app: open Profile, tap the settings icon, then go to Settings → Request Account Deletion. This sends your request to our team directly from the app.
  2. Or use the form below, even if you can no longer sign in.
  3. Or email us at contact@andaleph.com.

A person on our team reviews every request. We will contact you to confirm it is really you before anything is deleted. We respond within 30 days.

Request deletion

Give the email or phone number you used for Andale. At least one is required. The phone number you sign in with is the most reliable way for us to find your account.

What we delete

Photo files you uploaded for your profile or listings may remain in our storage, no longer linked to any profile or listing.

What we keep

We keep booking, payment, payout and dispute records, and the log of admin actions. We need them for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons, and other people (the renter or provider on the other side of a booking) rely on them too. We keep them as long as required by Philippine law and for fraud and dispute prevention, and no longer than that.

We also keep fraud-review and booking-screening records, your Help Center and “Report a user” submissions, and the deletion request itself, including the contact details and message you gave us. Images you sent in chats may remain in storage, because the other person’s copy of the conversation can still show them.

When we cannot delete yet

We pause or refuse a deletion while any of these is still open:

If that applies to you, we will tell you what to resolve first, and we can delete your account once it is done.

An account that was banned for breaking our rules cannot be deleted, because we keep its records to prevent fraud.
